Smith App Studio — ready-to-host VR worlds and 3D asset packs for Altspace, Banter, VRChat, three.js/WebXR, Unity, Blender and Godot. Everything is built in-house from original code: no third-party scans, no purchased assets, and every model passes an automated geometry audit before it ships.
BEST VALUE — THE BUNDLES. The Complete Collection ($79) is every pack in the catalogue in one download. Custom Homes COMPLETE ($59) is 25 walk-in homes across 20 architectural styles plus the Neighborhood Kit and the Maple Grove street world — $21 less than buying the three separately. Cottage Village COMPLETE ($34) is 37 models: Old English cottages, ponds and waterfalls, and the full interiors set with two fully enterable buildings.
Prefer one piece? Custom Traditional Homes ($39) gives you all 25 houses with gallery walls for selling your own art. The Neighborhood Kit ($12) has roads, driveways, plot lawns, lamps and trees so you can lay out your own street. Maple Grove ($29) is that street already finished and walkable.
Complete worlds: arcade, mini-golf, lighthouse escape room, murder mystery, trivia night, event hall, gallery, campfire and lofts. Each one is a website you host yourself — upload it, open the link in VR, and it's your venue. Asset packs cover characters, furniture, venue kits, café props, games, signage, stage lighting, skyboxes and textures.
Every download includes two copies of each model — a universal version and a Draco-compressed version tuned for standalone headsets — plus thumbnails, personal / standard-commercial / extended-commercial licences, and an honest note on how the assets were made. Licence is royalty-free single user: use it in as many of your own projects as you like, commercially, forever; you just can't resell the raw files.
Custom work — a venue built around your brand, your art, your event — is what these worlds are a showroom for.
